Thursday night, out of the earshot of the kids, JF and I said that we would keep her home Friday so that she could get some rest and then we could all sleep in (7am, lets be realistic here). So, we settle in Thursday night hoping for a long, restful sleep.

About two years ago I decided to stand up for myself and lose the office chair. In the past, I had some back problems and my back tends to be weak. So I asked myself when is my posture at its worst? But honestly, did you ever see a developer do that consistently? Not me. We tend, or at least, I tend to get so focused on my tasks that I forget about these great habits.
